“The turf arrived in good condition when expected, and was unloaded by a cheerful and helpful young man. There were good, clear instructions on website about how to prepare the ground and fingers crossed it will now root well.”

“Turf was perfectly good. Slight issue about the delivery: We were told they were out of stock and that we would have to wait until Tuesday. However, they actually delivered unexpectedly on Monday. Nice thought. However, they didn't tell us in advance, or even ring on arrival. They just dumped the delivery in our front garden. The first we knew about it was when we saw it there. Had we been warned, we could at least have sheeted up the space. This is a town house with a patterned-tile front path. We really would have appreciated the opportunity to put something in place to protect it from damage.”

“ordered on-line in the afternoon. I struck lucky because they delivered it the next morning at 8:30 am. The helpful driver put it where I wanted. Previous purchases have always been delivered on time by pleasant staff.”
