For more information please click on the "Help" option above) Fitting informationThere are two of these sensors on the engine, one on each exhaust manifold downpipe. If your diagnostic fault code is P0031, P0032, P0131, P0132, P0133 or P1646 then you will need to change the RIGHT bank sensor (i.e Bank 1, Sensor 1). On XJ models this sensor is located on the right side exhaust pipe (accessed from underneath the vehicle).If your diagnostic fault code is P0051, P0052, P0151, P0152, P0153 or P1647 then you will need to change the LEFT bank sensor (i.e Bank 2, Sensor 1). On XJ models this sensor is located on the left side exhaust pipe (accessed from underneath the vehicle).

Unfortunately I still have amber engine warning light on dash so can’t really say for certain but I’m sure it’s ok and I have another issue, maybe battery related rather than anything to do with the sensor although I still have P1646 fault code. I need to do more testing.
