RADIATOR FAN CONTROL MODULE - LATER TYPEThis is the control module for the fan motors. If your fans do not work or are working when they shouldn't this unit will probably be the cause of the problem. No programming required. FITS ALL 2007-2010 MODELSCOMPATIBILITY CHECK REQUIRED FOR 2001-2006 MODELS:Please check the picture to ensure yours is similar in shape to the one we have here for sale. There are TWO types of fan module (EARLY TYPE and LATER TYPE), and it is not possible to be certain as to which one you would need by registration or VIN number. The reason for this is that some 2001-2006 cars may have been modified to accept the later type if the car has been recalled to the dealer for replacement.The important feature of the LATER TYPE is that it can be unplugged from all wiring and is different in shape to the early type - there are three sets of wires in total (one for each fan and one wire with two plugs for the power supply from the car).The EARLY TYPE has electrical wires that cannot be removed by unplugging off the module unit.
