We must point out that this review statement is inaccurate. The customer has ordered a door lock for a 2003 XJ8 model, but after investigating the issue we have discovered that the car is actually a 2002 XJ8 model. The part we sent is the exact part requested by the customer and no mistakes were made with the shipment or the information in the item description, but is not suitable because the customer has a later model to that which they thought. We are helping to arrange an exchange for the correct part.
