“Never owned a soft top before so was nervous trying this but with bad weather coming I wanted to ensure she was waterproof. On purchase the car was filthy and had one small leak spot. After this kit she was as good as new and even during horrific storms stays 100% water tight. Surprised how easy it was.”

“Have just got a new car and thought I’d try the soft top kit .Was really impressed as being an older car there was some marks on roof and they came straight off with the cleaner and brush, let dry and used protector spray that was easy to apply. Will defo but these again and would highly recommend”

Hello Tracey, Thank you for your review! I do apologise that the soft Top Kit has left you feeling disappointed, this is certainly not how we want our customers to feel. There could be a few reasons why Rag Top Cleaner had not removed the bird mess. One reason for example could be that this had been on your soft top for a long time and will need to be deep cleaned which includes an all-over snow foam. To get the best protection result from Rag Top Protector you will need to ensure that after you have cleaned your soft top that this is fully dried. Simply spray a light even mist over the fabric roof and leave to dry. Once one coat is dry, apply another until you have three light coats built up. Once you've completed all three, leave it to cure for around 2-3 hours. Ideally, the car will be out of the elements with zero chance of getting rained on.
