Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with your recent order. This certainly isn't how we want our customers to feel. If your bumper is still grey after using Revive, this sounds as though the bumper has been too sun damaged to be revived. With the being said we would advise to begin by cleaning the bumper with an exterior all-purpose-cleaner like Verso, to remove old dressings and adherent grime, then apply Revive and leave to cure for 5-10 minutes until dry, and gently buff with a general purpose microfibre towel.
