“Used this to wash the car 3 times, on the second use I could tell it was starting to go and then third and final time it went in the bin. Utter rubbish. The same with the firm detailing brushes, lasted all about 10 seconds then the blue case part cracked and that was it done. Have had other products from auto finesse that have been ok, but these were a complete waste of money.”

Hello Darryl, Thanks for your review! I am sorry to hear that you had experienced an issue with Plush Wash Mitt. Should you have any issues with our products that you have purchased directly from us we ask for customers to get in touch so we can resolve this and provide a replacement as long as the purchased items are still within the warranty period. In regards to the Detailing Brushes when these brushes have been placed in water the brushes will soak up the water resulting in the brushes swelling. This is the reason for the blue casing becoming cracked. I would like to assure you this will not affect the performance of the products, it's purely there for decorative reasons to conceal where the bristles attach to the handle. Again if you can provide either an order ID or a name for this order and it is still within the warranty period we can exchange this for you. “I’ve only used this wash mitt once and it was far better than any other ones I’ve used in the past, I would highly recommend this product to anyone.”

“Real soft and light even though it’s soft it gets rid of all that nasty grit on your car leaving it nice and clean leaving it ready for your next Autofinesse product”
