“Got sent out someone else’s order, so I contacted af who said they would re send my original order for next day delivery. Well that never turned up. Very disappointed if I’m honest. Normally great customer service, sadly not this time.”

It is most certainly not the service we aim to provide our customers! I have had a look into this for you and can see that a member of our customer support team refunded your next day shipping, and was willing to send your original order once we had arranged a collection for the order you received. However unfortunately we did not have a response from yourself so were unable to arrange a collection for the parcel received.
