Called office who got back to me within ten minutes to advise that package had been returned to them as one of the bottles had burst in transit. “Jon’s First-Time Detailing Adventure: A Tale of Buckets, Bubbles, and a Black Beauty So there I was, standing in my driveway like a proud parent, staring lovingly at my two-month-old Ford Kuga hybrid. Black as the night, sleek as a panther, and—until recently—covered in a fine layer of Wolverhampton’s finest road grime. It was time. Time to give my new ride the spa day it deserved. Armed with a full arsenal of Essentials car detailing products and the sacred two-bucket wash method (because one bucket is for amateurs and chaos), I embarked on a journey of suds, shine, and surprisingly satisfying results. Step1: Essentials Wheel Cleaner I started with the wheels, because let’s be honest—those alloys were looking more “coal mine chic” than “executive elegance.” A few sprays of the Wheel Cleaner and some gentle agitation later, and boom—those rims were gleaming like they’d just rolled out of a showroom. I may have whispered “you’re welcome” to them. Step 2: Essentials Pre-Wash Next up, the Pre-Wash. I sprayed it on like I was seasoning a steak—generously and with flair. It loosened up the grime like a charm, prepping the surface for the main event. I could almost hear the dirt screaming in retreat. Step 3: Essentials Snow Foam Then came the Snow Foam. Oh, the Snow Foam. My Kuga looked like it had been caught in a blizzard. Thick, luxurious foam clung to every curve like it was auditioning for a car wash commercial. I stood back, arms crossed, nodding like a detailing guru. Neighbours stared. I felt powerful. Step 4: Essentials Shampoo (Two-Bucket Glory) Now for the main wash. I filled one bucket with clean water and the other with shampoo solution, like a true detailing disciple. Using a wash mitt, I gently caressed the paintwork, rinsing in the clean bucket like it was a sacred ritual. The shampoo smelled amazing and glided over the surface like silk. My Kuga was loving it. Would I recommend them? Absolutely. Would I do it all again next weekend? Probably. Would I name my buckets? With two trusty buckets, I felt like a pro, 'Til I kicked one over—a tsunami of woe. The wheel cleaner sprayed like a fireman's hose, Right into my sock—why? Nobody knows. The snow foam erupted, a frothy white mess, My driveway now looked like a winter express. I slipped on the shampoo, did a dance of regret, My mitt flew skyward—a sudsy silhouette. The quick detailer misted, but not on the car, It coated my specs—now I can't see far. The glass cleaner squirted with ninja precision, Straight in my eye—a blurry decision. Interior cleaner? Oh, that went well, Except for the part where I sprayed my lap—smelled swell. But despite all the chaos, the splashes and slips, The buckets gone rogue and the foam on my lips, My Kuga now gleams like a showroom delight, Black paint so glossy, it reflects the moonlight. “I always use Auto finesse stuff. I trust that brand. Good quality stuff. They make whole process to keep my cars clean much easier. But to be honest I prefer older designs on bottles. Anyway all it’s about what is inside the bottle.”

“Having bought plenty of auto finesse products already, I had read aboit the essentials range. So when i received an offer via email for the full range of essentials I thought I'd give them a try. I'm pleased to report they are very, very good value for money. Does exactly what it says on the bottle. Perfect for someone looking to keep a car clean without over spending on fancy products, and I'll definitely be back to top up with essentials range products. That said you still cant beat some of the main products like the leather care and tripple. Well done auto finesse.”
