Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with your recent order. This certainly isn't how we want our customers to feel. I have had a look into this and can see that the parcel was delivered to a safe location on Tuesday 30th November at 12:57PM. We have information from our courier who have said that when parcels are left in safe locations a card may not always be left to say where they have delivered this. This is due to the online paperless consignment information customers receive on their dispatch confirmation email. This tracking information notifies customers of their parcels journey from dispatch up until the point of delivery, it even provides the position in the delivery queue. Once a parcel has been delivered it will also provide customers with GPS co-ordinates and/or photo evidence of delivery so that you can locate where a parcel is. This information would have been available to you from the moment the parcel had been despatched from us. As I hope you can appreciate due to all evidence provided by the courier and yourself, this is why we where unable to provide a refund or replacement. If you have any further additional information or photo images to provide we will more than happily re-open this case.
