“Had an issue with the mesh zip inside the bag which wouldn't zip closed, contacted support and Lucy went above and beyond to resolve the issue by offering me a few options which I decided to go for an exchange at no extra cost and a day which was convenient for myself. Plenty of room inside and out for all the essentials. Overall excellent customer support and products.”
