“I brought as a gift, but had to send it back where I had to pay £11 to return which I will not be getting refunded, I will never order from this site again nor will i be recommending this company again. Awaiting a refund for my purchase.”

Good Afternoon, Thank you for your recent review. I have had a look into this for you and can see that your item was returned due to being an unwanted gift. You may return goods for a full refund up to 14 days from receipt of goods. However we do not offer free returns, delivery and return carriage is non refundable on goods ordered in error, or goods that are no longer required. This is stated on our website on our returns page. Regarding your refund for the product, once your item has been inspected by our returns team, our accounts department will issue you a refund.
