“Perfect way to add shelf space to Salamander Synergy cabinet. I ordered two and they were a perfect match to the original shelves.
I had delayed ordering these fearing I would need to remove a dozen components and dissemble the 8-foot credenza with 10 fasteners.
I was wrong.
The new shelves came with fasteners designed to be added without any disassembly. This was what I liked best about these shelves and should be heavily promoted for those people like me sitting on the fence about adding shelves fearing the massive disassembly.
The only caveat is once you've tightened each bracket support it will not easily loosen and retighten. So, you should try to tighten it precisely in place where you ultimately want to use it.
Great product but the star of the show was the design of the brackets and relative ease of installation.
