“I really like the rotel cd 11 it just souds so good, the built is great. I's a bargain of a player the details the sound stage is reslly good for the price is a great value!”
“CD Players are problematic as they start to age, inevitably parts wear out, transport mechanisms and lasers die, and the parts become hard to find as the OEM manufacturers of them discontinue them. Being an audiophile yet a recent retiree, I wanted a CD player that both sounded good and I can count on for a few years. So I decided on a new player under $1000. My previous audiophile player was Clasee CDP1.5 from the early 2000's and I have lived with Onkyo 7030 which sounded OK, but did not feel solid. I selected the CD11 Tribute as I have heard good things about the Rotel line and Ken Ishiwata name hinted to me, this unit sounded good. I have had the player 3 weeks and am extremely pleased. It sounds great and feels like it is well built. The CD tray is a little flimsy, but most of them are, even the Classe I had, had not so solid a tray. In any case, Kudos to Rotel and to Audio Advisor for offering such a product. I have been an Audio Advisor customer since the 90s, I know I can count on them for customer service.”
“The Rotel CD11 Tribute is worthy addition to my system. It plays nicely with my existing components, and it is a sonic improvement from the DVD player I was using.”
