“This is an attractive, even cool little device, but I could not get much high or low extension out of it, and the buzz that accompanied its efforts drove me nuts. Tubes do not have to be noisy, as my ten years or so of tube ownership have proven to me. I'll admit that the 30-day return window did not allow me to fully break in this preamp, but the noise made my decision simple.”
