I only rate it at four stars because number one, nowhere does it say in the materials that because i's thicker you will need longer bolts than any of the ones supplied with the rack…
However this is sort of immaterial because number 2, they don't supply you a set of bolts with the shelf or when buying a new set of supports. I had to go to the hardware store and get a new set myself that fits.
Somewhere they should tell you that you need to buy extra bolts!”

We looked into this problem and discovered that while the supplied bolts are long enough for the 21mm shelf, on a few of the bolts the knurling is not stopping the bolt from traveling too far into the post. The solution is to reverse the bolt so the knurling stops it from traveling too far. You can then mount the shelf with the supplied bolts.
