“It's the only cable long enough to make it from my flat screen to the receiver so I can't do A/B comparisons but the ability to enjoy surround for my streaming services is a big upgrade from the two weak speakers in the TV. The cable is shockingly flexible. It is the only aftermarket cable I have encountered that behaves like a wet noodle. The build quality seems excellent. My options were an Amazon basics which is low priced or a WireWorld Supernova which is more than I wanted to pay at the moment. The cost was significantly more than the Amazon option but I do not regret the choice. I have used the Amazon cable before and it works fine but I appreciate the multi-fiber design of the Pangea which increases flexibility. I believe it also decreases the bending stresses that could theoretically lead to fatigue and early failure.”

Not sure how sound quality compares with digital coax used and a DAC. My preamp coax inputs failed and had to change over to the optical connection.
But the preamp DAC still seems to do very good sound conversion.”
