“I have had three other streamers (Bryston BDP Pi, Auralic Aries G1. 1, and Cambridge MNX 10). The T-8 is by far the best. The BDP was OK, but used older technology and a clunky Unix interface. G1. 1 sounded very good, but Auralic went out of business and stopped supporting the product with updates. And it finally froze up altogether. The MNX 10 is a solid little unit and I use it on my desktop where it is plenty good enough. The T-8 beats them all for sound quality in my all separate big system. It set up easily, immediately recognized my SSD with ripped FLAC files and established a network connection. I use Qobuz and the interface is functional and has not had the inexplicable stops that I experienced with the other interfaces. So far, so good, and it will probably be good for as long as Eversolo lasts, a long time, I hope.”
