“Have used Cardas cables before with excellent results. These interconnect cables not only sound great (invisible) but are quite flexible making it easier to manage the routing in fairly tight space behind some hard to move eqpt. in a shelving wall unit.”
“This Iridium interconnect is very high quality and I think it sounds as good as other higher-end Cardas cables I have. I love how flexible the Cardas cables are as well. Some interconnects are so stiff it makes connections in tight spaces difficult. I would not hesitate to try these out in any high-end system.”
“Once burned-in they are open and transparent. Hard to hear a difference between the Iridium and earlier versions of “betterâ€ more expensive Cardas cables.”
“The build quality and materials used in the Cardas Iridium interconnect (1m RCA) are excellent. Sound quality is good but requires a lengthy (> 100hrs) burn-in.
Originally bought the cable to connect a CD Player/DAC to an Integrated Amp, but found the sound to be slightly on the lean side. However, the cable worked very well in an FM Tuner application..”
“Okay this will be short and sweet. Components: Music Hall MMf-2.2 Turntable, Emotiva, BasX A-300 amp, PT-100 preamp and the ER3-C CD player. Adding the Cardas Iridium interconnects between the amp and preamp was the icing on the cake for my system. The sound stage is wide open and wide, very detailed and very natural sound. the A-300 amp has a warm sound and the Iridium interconnects are a perfect match! I highly recommend them!”
