Four years ago, I was setting up a system for my daughter and I got her some entry level Audioquest cables at the Big Box Store. I was impressed by AQ’s construction and performance for the money. Recently, I replaced my Pangea digital cabling (SE Ethernet, SE Digital Coax) with AQ’s Cinnamon counterparts which were roughly around the same price. After installing the AQ coax, I was impressed again. Clarity and definition improved noticeably. On first listening, imaging was greatly improved with voices and instruments coming from very specific locations, almost hanging in the air. Prior to break-in, voices and instruments were a bit rough and grainy, maybe a little congested. The roughness improved considerably after a week of playing and became much smoother and three-dimensional. Not surprisingly, break-in continues. I feel that this was the best $200 upgrade I have ever made. The Cinnamons are a great value. The only downside is that the next step up AQ’s ladder is almost three times the price. That’s audio for you. System: Dynaudio Evoke 20’s, Rega Elix-R, BlueSound Vault, Atoll DAC 100.

I bought this cable to replace an RCA cable I had running my streamer to my preamp. I now have this Coax running the streamer to my Denafrips Venus DAC. It is clean and clear. No noise. This cable was a great upgrade to my system for a reasonable amount of money. I have purchased other Cinnamon cables and have been equally pleased with those as well.

The AudioQuest Cinnamon digital coax cable is just another great cable by AudioQuest like all their cables. Some might say a little pricey but sometimes you get what you pay for and when it comes to AudioQuest you do.

Yes, this cord makes music sound better. You get more of everything, bass, midrange and highs in a good way. Audio Advisor is a pleasure to work with always.

The AudioQuest Coax Cable is a perfect match for my AudioLab CD Transport. Although not surprised, I am very pleased!

Not like night and day but I do sense a quieter and slightly better soundstage. Worth the improvement to me.
