“Handed the voucher to Zagoria Patio Bar as instructed, it wouldn't scan, the manager had never seen the voucher or barcode before, sent me to Guest Relations, wouldn't scan there either, manager there said she'd never seen your voucher before and as it wouldn't scan they couldn't accept it and wouldn't give us our wristbands - so I will be emailing you for a full refund and warning everyone not to buy this and go through the same embarrassment as me today!!!”
