Tour guide was very knowledgable and willing to answer questions. The Vatican was extremely busy so I would recommend booking this tour! The tour lasted around 3 hours which was plenty of time to see all the beautiful sights. So glad I booked this tour!

Felix was our knowledgable and excellent guide. Make sure you have comfy shoes as lots of walking-well worth the effort though. Throughly enjoyed this tour.

So we're off to Rome for our 30th Wedding Anniversary;- nearly 4 years overdue; after the last attempt being cancelled due to the "Ash Cloud". Some things are not meant to be. So should we let this trip lie? No! December may not be everyone's choice for visiting Rome, but what a pleasure it was;- to enjoy the winter sunshine, to still eat out in the open at night, to avoid the crowds, to soak up the atmosphere. Need I say more? Our main aim was to see the Vatican, St.Peter's Basilica and the Sistine Chapel. To save time we booked through "AttractionTix" for a No Wait Access Vatican Tour. It couldn't of been better. We were met by our Tour Guide -Chris, who escorted us through to gain our necessary tickets and entrance, without fuss or hassle. It was difficult to believe that this young man could be so enthusiastic and full of energy, as though he lived and breathed every moment in every fact he told us. Are croissants really "moon shaped" so that the King of Poland could eat his enemy the Turks?( the crescent shape on their National Flag). Did Michelangelo really never take his boots off and show his feet? All these anecdotes humorously told within all the many facts;- ensuring that the group was still awake and attentive. The beauty in the Vatican cannot be put on paper. It has to be experienced for oneself. The Sistine Chapel and St.Peter's Basilica are magnificent, but my own favourite was 'The Map Gallery' ,in the Papal apartments. Why? I'm not telling you;- you'll have to go and see for yourself. We left the Vatican, with our 3 coins for the Trevi Fountain Si the trip was splendid! Si we will return!
