“Because of an administrative mistake either by AttractionTix or the local agents, when the bus arrived, our name was not listed. However, the guide was on the ball and she noticed that the named couple from our hotel had the "surname" which was the same as my middle name. A quick phone call to her office sorted out the problem but we were worried for a time that we would miss the trip. This was unnecessary stress at the start of the trip.”
