“My advise for any future customer is to seriously avoid this firm. Bus Tour and river cruise booked by this firm was a complete flop. very disorganised, no clue what was happening. Bus driver was rough and rude with no manners. He was not even able to speak proper English rest alone explain explanation of attractions. He was driving us round the back streets of Paris city area. Where were illuminations ?? Will never use this firm again”

“This experience is totally dependent on the age of the bus you catch. If it's new then the audio should work, if it's old, it's pot luck as to whether the headphone sockets actually work.”

“Fantastic way to see the sights of Paris. Never had to wait for a bus to arrive and had no problems getting a seat on any of the buses. The headphones are a great way of getting more information about the sights.”

“Not as good as we had hoped. Customer service sadly lacking, the headphone sockets on the bus were dodgy so we missed large parts of commentary, bus stops not where indicated on the little map provided, had to pay extra for the boat trip after originally buying joint tickets. Use one of the other bus tour companies operating in Paris, has to be better than this one!”
