“We bought tickets for our family which was quick and easy to do. We visited in the afternoon around 5pm and managed to avoid the queues we had read about. We only had to wait around five minutes to exchange the paperwork printed for our tickets and audio sets. Found these very informative and easy to use. The views from the 86th floor were amazing. It was pretty windy up there but we had a great time. So glad we managed to visit this iconic building.”
