“We arrived on the 9:30am free bus. The queue system to go in looked incredibly long but because we had prebooked our tickets it was hardly any time before we were in the park itself. The layout of the attraction was beautifully displayed with flowers and trees to look at. There was also music piping through the undergrowth which helped distract me in the (sometimes long) queues. The staff were helpful and polite. The rides themselves were amazing - every thrill seekers dream. I wish I could tell you the name of the ride me and my two sons could go on together - it was one of my favourites. However, only one ride disappointed me because after 80 minutes of queuing the ride itself seemed not worth the wait. All the other rides on the day we went to Sian Park had queues of 40 minutes or far less. Do not get upset by the “queue jumpers” (as we called them due to the separate line the “Fast Track Ticket Holders” get) - they actually only get a limited amount of rides to queue jump extra with their bands so it is a fairer system. Staff do not treat them any differently - there is definitely no “them” and “us” treatment at the park. The place was very clean and extremely well looked after. The issue of a 5€ food voucher threw me when I arrived as you assume everything is going to be massively overpriced in the food areas but it was not- it was a brilliant gesture and much needed refreshing break for us. As we left we noticed the seals swimming and playing in their pool. It was the perfect end to a perfect day. If I go back to Tenerife this is number 1 and 2 to do again on my list. My rating is 10/10 in everything - and I am a natural born whinger.”

“Better to buy tickets online save queing. We got there early around 10.30. Missed the large crowds. Bit of a shambles for lockers but eventually found done after walking for ages. Shld be a sign to say its €8 euros of which €5 is returned once key is given bk. we had a €5 Euro food voucher each with the booking which was fab and bought us a large baguette and drink each. Can’t rave enough about the park itself. Amazing. Only negatives were the rapids were closed for maintainance and a Cple of the ride assistance were abrubt and one in particularly was very rude because I happened to not sit where he had asked. (I misheard him ) so I was short with him bk.But wld definitely recommend Siam Park. Be prepared to be wet all day and take flip flops that if got stolen wldnt have been missed. ( luckily we took an extra pair )”
