I bought tickets online for us (Granny and Grandpa) and our 6 year old grandson. We got a 5 euro voucher to spend on any food purchased. I thought it was just one voucher but we got 5 euros each! Bargain. I only paid 1 euro for our lunch. Prices in the shops were not a rip off. You might want to get there early if you want a locker or a seat. We managed to get a locker eventually but sat on unoccupied seats and then moved if someone came back. To be honest you don't really need to sit down there's too much to do.The rides are brilliant and although for the most popular we did have to queue it wasn't too bad. The children's area was excellent - large and quite exciting for a 6 year old. He is very tall for his age and so could get on nearly all the rides. The only problem was we couldn't really see some of the rides and some were, frankly a bit scary for a 6 year old e.g. the Volcano. I would recommend water shoes as the concrete gets hot when queuing and is a bit rough. You can buy them there but better to take them with you. Don't hesitate to go there if you're on holiday in Tenerife.

I bought tickets online to save money and time when arriving at the park. I would recommend fast track passes as we went a lot it time queueing for rides so didn't get to do everything we wanted.

From buying the tickets to getting in until we got home we had a fantastic family day out.

Siam park is a good looking water park. The rides are brilliant and we had a great time. Simple things like putting umbrellas over the paths to stop your feet from burning, made the experience better. The only draw back was how popular it is. Some rides had massive queues and the lazy river was total gridlock. But it was definitely one of the best water parks we've visited. We'd go back if we travel to tenerife again in the future.

I bought twin tickets to Siam Park and Loro Parque. We had a hire car so didn't need transport. The tickets were great value. We got to skip the queues and had vouchers for food too! Would highly recommend this deal. Both parks were brilliant fun and we can't wait to do it all again one day! Very easy to book and print tickets. We were given our Loro Parque tickets on our arrival at Siam Park along with our vouchers. No waiting and no problems.

We were a family of 8 visiting the park ages from 6 months to 60 years. As grandparents we looked after the 6 month old after setting up a base for the rest of the family who thought the rides were amazing and they would definitely want to return in the future. The next youngest child was 7 who is tall for his age so was able to go on quite a few rides. By buying tickets through this website we were given a 5 euro ticket each to spend on food which I thought would only buy a bottle of water and was surprised that we could purchase a lunchtime meal deal of a drink and baguette which saved us some money. The rides were very busy but this was to be expected in August.

Bought tickets online via attractiontix. It wasn't mentioned prior to buying that you'd have to take photoID with you on the day. This isn't ideal, and you could easily not realise this point if you don't read the printable voucher carefully. The last thing you want to take to a water park is your passport or driving licence. However, driving licence (and €60) went in a ResultSport waterproof pouch which I attached to a webbing belt and wore under my shorts. We had had valuables stolen from a locker the previous year at PortAventura (Caribe) aqua park, and I didn't want to use lockers at Siam. That said, Caribe is very shoddy in terms of management and organisation, and to be fair to Siam Park they look much more organised and 'on the ball'. It will be the waterproof belt for me every time now though since it worked well, and we just left our bag of towels and clothes on a chair in the kiddies Lost City area. (although I padlocked the bag to the chair). There were lengthy queues for lockers even at 9:40. There are other lockers beyond those that are near the shops/entrance, so check a map before you go and make your way to a locker area further in to the park. The beach one was busy too. Signage isn't brilliant so plan your route in advance. As for the park itself? Brilliant. Extremely efficient and polite staff in all areas from entrance to the rides. The online tickets took us straight through the left hand FastTrack entrance (not to be confused with FastPass ride tickets), 4x€5 vouchers duly issued and off we went. We got a taxi from Los Cris to make sure to be there early (got there at 9:40). Taxi was €8 going and €6 coming back, but worth it for not being on a bus and then a queue with 50 other people. Youre there in less than 10mins by taxi, but suspect the bus has several pickups and youve got to wait for it. The shops sell watershoes. Highly recommended and only around €8. People do walk around in flipflops and leave them in shoe racks (or simply just kicked off) at the bottom of the rides, but watershoes are allowed on all the rides. Watershoes are a must if you dont like getting burnt feet on the concrete or get fed up scraping the skin on steps or the floors. Not sure if they last several uses over or not. My cheap Sports Direct ones wont, thats for sure and they were £6. I've thrown them away now. Next time, I'll buy the Siam ones on the day, they cannot be any worse. The rides are great. This was our second visit (last time was 2010, just 3 of us then), and they've added a couple of new rides since then a little further off to the far left side of the park. Both excellent. I read some reviews that said to ride Rapids first then Kinaree, but I don't think it matters what order you do it. None of the rides are too far away, nor do they leave you stranded anywhere. I didn't understand those reviews. Tower of Power, need to be 14+ to ride so my 13y/o was a bit disappointed even though he's well over 1m40, but perhaps there was also some relief. If you have a borderline looking 14yo, then Ive seen some reviews that say to go get verified at the office near the entrance. I dont know how they do it, but presume they need to see a passport which isnt something you really want to take with you. Queues for Dragon, Volcano and The Giant (all excellent rides) got very busy after the first hour, perhaps because they are central. Do these several times as soon as you arrive. Queues for Kinaree and Singha were quite small to start with, but after lunch were lengthy. We went again late on and did both these with 20min wait on each. Water in Singha was freezing though at 5pm! Both Kinaree and Singha were great. Staff very good at organising people into boats to maximise capacity and throughput keeping the queues moving. If you're a 1 or a 2 you'll often find yourself being called forward and jumping the queue a little. Lazy River takes ages. Once on, you cant really get off until you've done the whole circuit. At the end you get 'guided' into a mini rapids, which takes some time, but does take you under the shark tank below Tower of Power. If you don't want to spend the extra 10-15 mins, or don't want to do some rapids, then don't go down where it splits, just go and get off. Most of the walkways are covered so plenty of shade whilst queuing. Plenty of canopy over the seating at Lost City too. There are water mist gateways dotted about to cool down too if need be. Wave pool and beach is great. Sand is gritty though. Go as far in as can so you can ride the waves rather than have them hit you after they break. Much more enjoyable. 13yo loved it. I carried my 6yo girl and she was fine in the big waves bobbing up and down. No armbands allowed though, the lifeguards are pretty on the ball with this. No sitting on shoulders, anything like that. Lost City...6yo loved it. Spent hours on it. Well attended, they stop 'big kids' going on and spoiling the little kids fun, which is a good thing. Plenty of small slides for them and the huge water bucket that tips over every few minutes. There's also a separate area (Sawasdee) tucked away back down toward the entrance/exit with a few slides, a mini 5 lane racer and a mini tube slide where kids can carry their own rings up and ride down. She couldn't get on many things really, being 1m22. Most rides are 1m25. She could get on two of the four Snake slides, the 6 lane racer, lazy river and the Mekong Rapids, but she was fine with those and the Lost City. Shops for souvenirs were reasonably priced considering there's a captive audience. Siam (and Loro Parque) baseball caps are only €1 which kinda makes it an obligatory purchase for the kids. We didn't buy FastPass ride passes, I think perhaps worth it if you're true adrenaline junkies and just want to cram as many rides in over and over. It would be getting on €50 extra pp I think. Prob better off having a 2 days ticket, or even having a weeklong ticket. FastPass info isn't easy to find or follow and sometimes contradictory. Some passes I think are only once per ride and they cross out the ride with marker pen when you ride it. Also, I read that some fast passes cant be used in July or August, so research this very carefully before buying. I saw plenty of people with picnic bags. These were mostly Spanish families though, so there my be some 'leeway for locals' perhaps. They never checked our bags for food though, but probably not worth the risk trying to take food in. I think the food prices were reasonable and the eating areas very clean, with plenty of table seating and sofa areas. I suspect the catering by the beach might be a bit busier than the area between Lost City and the Snake rides where we ate. This area was well attended, clean (no flies or wasps), well swept and clean tables. They do a baguette or cheese/ham toasties and a drink for €4.50 which leaves you needing to be spending a bit more to make use of the full €5 voucher. A good ploy I suppose, but our 4 vouchers got us 4 meals and a bag of crisps without spending extra. No change given from the vouchers. There are changing rooms near the shops which were pretty clean and dry considering we were among the last to leave. The mens were made of up of several 'rooms' where 6 or so could get changed in each room. Ideal for family groups I suppose. You can come back for a second day for €17. The day does seem to go quickly. I think next time I would get a two day ticket and not try to do everything in one day. Better perhaps to do a few rides several times over one day, then return and do the others a few times over. They take a family photo as you enter. Of course you think its gonna be a rip off and perhaps aren't bothered. No mention or display of price, but on leaving you find its €6, which is actually reasonable. I don't know if they offer an email or download option. That would be better than having to cram a photo into your bags of wet clothes and towels. Plenty of taxis outside to return to resort. All in all, we had a great day. Main take away points.....get there before 9:30, go by taxi. Go ready dressed for the rides and take clothes to come back in. By the time you're settled with somewhere to sit the rides will be open.
