“Had high expectations for this park ads everywhere in tenerife saying number 1 in the world having done most of them in florida I was excited and this park was the main reason for holidays in tenerife. To start long lines to get in staff miserable the wait again for lockers 30 mins at least hardly any signs directions telling you were everything is noted gave you a map whos going to carry that in a water park!! Let way to many people in 50 minute wait for most slides yes they have fast past 15 euro pp and only let's you fast pass each slide once hardly any shade be prepared to be burnt floor really hot I mean blister hot swim shoes was 9 euro and the food court is mayhem people pushing shoving. staff unhelpful if anything unpleasant but to be far all locals seem that way I ended up doin 4 slides as it became to much hassle so stayed on the lounger it was August so busiest time I guess but they seriously need to moderate numbers a very expensive day for very little gain would never visit this park or lorry parque again as it was the same people crushing came to mind more than once and when you have young children last thing you want to worry about is child safety which I was and all the fun was taken out of both parks”

“Best time ever ... Bought 2 day passes as one visit just isn't enough and well worth it. Although was sure my tickets included fast pass but didn't get this on the days we visited. Didn't detract from visits though as was absolutely brilliant!!”

“This was mainly a special day out for our two teenage granddaughters and overall we were not disappointed. However, the park seems to be a victim of it's own success as it was very very crowded meaning queues for everything were unacceptably long. We did however pay extra for fast passes which proved to be very useful for the morning session. Another criticism was the lack of information available to a first time visitor and we found it difficult to find our way and to understand how everything works. We would be better equipped if we returned for a second visit. Would we return? You bet we would ! p.s. The vouchers provided with the tickets could only be used in certain locations. This should be made clear”

“We had a great time our fourth visit to the park and still fun and lots of things to do. The 5 Euro voucher was a great help when it came to lunchtime and helped keep the food costs down always a bonus :)”
