We bought the tickets in advance from Attractiontix which was quick and easy to do. It meant we could bypass the long queue to buy tickets at the gate. It also meant we didn't need to take so much local currency away with us and we had food vouchers which were very useful as you can't take your own food and drink in to the park. We went to Siam Park twice and the first day was busy but we could get on the big slides in about 20 minutes. The second day was much busier and we wished we'd bought the Fast Track tickets. The slides are great and the wave pool is fun. Well worth a visit. And anyone that has been before will appreciate what I mean when I say we managed to go left on Mai Tai River twice! Keep to the left after the waterfall.

Not surprised Siam has been voted best water park on trip advisor. This place is brilliant with plenty of rides to choose from for all thrill seeker levels! The beach section is also fantastic for those less keen to go on the slides! There is also 2 brilliant kids sections for the younger ones to play away from the main slide zones.

Prices on par with gate, but you get 20 euro vouchers to use on food. :-) Also don't have to queue at qiosks.

Purchased vouchers easily online. No difficulty at the attraction. The 5 Euro vouchers per person as part of the deal cam in handy, meaning we had a lovely lunch break in between the rides.

I purchased a ultimate ticket for Siam and Loro parque. The tickets state free locker and towels as well as vouchers for food and a 2 course meal so I only took €40 with us. I'd read reviews for the park saying €15 fast passes are needed and as its the middle of high season was going to buy for my son and I whilst my wife and daughter enjoyed the wave pool. Went to the lockers and was charged €5 for each locker and towel as a returnable deposit at 1 locker and 4 towels = €25 (rare overcast day, so needed if getting in and out of the water). I queried this and was rudely told if you don't like to not have it so I requested to speak to the attendants manager, she was apologetic when I explained the situation and that no terms and conditions advertised when I booked or on the vouchers given stated I had to pay a deposit she phoned somebody who informed us that this was the offer and no concession could be made. When I asked for the phone managers name I was told they will not give me it. I reluctantly paid for the locker and towels leaving my son and I to queue up for upto an hour at a time to go on slides that are mostly brilliant but last no longer then a minute at a time. We went to have lunch voucher allows €15 per adult and €9 per child. The cost of nuggets chips and a drink, my children's choices was €9 ! (Second course?) so we went to the desert kiosk next to the beach bar the only venue our lunch voucher was valid to get dessert to be told the free food vouchers are not valid there !!! Lovely park, poor service on site and not enough information provided about validity of vouchers. The park gets very very busy and if you can afford it get fast passes

Bought a 2 day Siam Park ticket. Was a little worried how the printed tickets would work but had no need to. We got straight to the front of the queue and had no problem at all. They give you a second ticket to keep for the next visit. Park itself is superb fast pass recommend thought 15€
