“Not the best experience I'm afraid..Purchased Siam Park Tenerife tickets for a family of four (£124) but attractionix do not allow you to buy fast passes in the month of August? Last time we used them there was no problem, we purchased fast passes but this was in March so obviously a quieter time of the year. We thought this was general rule throughout the park but no it wasn't! When we got there you could buy fast passes so with the volume of people in the park we only managed to go on only three rides all day due to the massive queues! It would have been much easier for us to have purchased the tickets at the park with fast passes, at least then we would have enjoyed our day! Lesson learnt, never go to Siam Park in a peak month without fast passes! Unless you like waiting around for hours & hours in very high temperatures!”

“Booking the tickets was very easy and geting a free voucher for food/drink made the value great. The park itself is great fun but expect it to be busy, this does not pose too many problems though. It should be mentioned that lockers will require a 5 euro deposit and 3/5 euro rental so make sure you have cash with you.”

“Bought tickets in the UK. It was so easy. Went mid August, no queue at entry and went straight in (although we did arrive early). Park was very busy and apart from a 1 hour wait , most rides were only about 15/20 mins wait. Free sunbeds. Lockers were 7.50 but got 5 back. Booking with Attractiontix we also received a 5 Euro food voucher. Had Pizza, Fries and a drink for about £8 Euros. This is the best waterpark we've ever been too, even beating Disney in Florida. Took too teenage boys who loved it. If you go to Tenerife this place is a must.”

“The advance ticket purchase was very useful as Siam Park gets very busy. Although it opens to the public at 10:00 am, to get a parking space or be near the front of the queue (and to find sunbeds), you have to arrive well before that time. The staff did not hand out a map at the entrance; and it took a while to find one. Food and drink was reasonably priced. Everyone seemed to enjoy the wave machine. If you want to use the free bus service, you need to book in advance. Taxis are readily available - including seven / eight -seaters and ones which take wheelchairs”
