“Bought 2 tickets for a 3 day entry(1 in aqua park and 2 in portaventura park). All was great untill you had to wait in lines. I mean very long lines and was only the start of the season, in june. I don't want to know what is there in july or august. Also other people jumping in front of lines and when you try to speak to a member of staff about it they just ignore you. But they are there at the gates and will not let you in with any snack or drink. About that, the prices for food are just too high. You better go to a classy restaurant and have a great meal with the cost of 1 hot dog and some fries that are very poor quality. About the rides I can say they are great but it's not worth the effort. I will never go in Portaventura never in my life. Poor, very poor”

“We bought our tickets before we went saved a good few euros doing so..we had a great time.My daughter lost her iphone 6 and her boyfriends at one of the attractions,we thought we would never see them again we reported it to lost and found where the staff were just brilliant to deal with..Told us to call before we left the park to check in with them. When we did we were amazed to find that both phones had been handed in..Great to see such honesty. So if you loose anything while there chances are you will get it back as the amount of stuff handed into lost and found is unbelievable. Great time while there and will go again hopefully next year.”

“3 hr waiting for any ride. Staff not helpful and people skipping the line. Even had to wait 40mins at the fast food stall for a drink and something to eat. Been to Florida 4 times at the height of session and never had such bad service. Toilets dirty not a good experience. DONT GO!!!!!!!!!”

“A great day out but was ruined slightly by my own stupidity bought two tickets but printed of the same ticket twice so had to pay again for one ticket made it quite an expensive day but the experience was great”

“7-day tickets to Port Aventura worked on entrance from our phones! Just give the girl at the entrance to scan them with her hand-held scanner. We found the smallest queues on Tuesday and Saturday evenings.”
