“Quite a long and expensive train journey to get there (1.5 hours from Barcelona) but worth it- good selection of rides for all the family, although my youngest who is 7 wanted to go on the biggest roller coasters but wasn't tall enough- need to be 140cm. Went on a Wednesday in Easter holidays, and hardly queued at all, so we went on most rides and didn't need to return the following day. fab day out!”

“Always use attractiontix so easy to use,simply book,then print off at home. Portaventura is best at Halloween they go all out with decorations and the park has scary characters walking thru it. Plenty of walking to do as the park is very big,queue times are better this time of year than.summer. Security is tight, sbag search on way in (random) but you can't take your own drinks/food in with you..food is horrible at the restaurants, best just to grab a hotdogs from one of the small shacks..we went on 31st October and park was open till 2am. Great park kids love it..tip, make sure to wear comfy shoes”
