“I bought the tickets in the UK knowingredients it was much cheaper I tried for 3 days to book the bus the email said English speaking line it is not The line is answered in Spanish which I got someone to translate We held the line after dialing the extension A lady answered and said one moment I'll get my colleague 18 mins late still no reply or answer just this lady saying my colleague is busy please hold I hung up and called again this time u so glad the 2nd ext when a man answered and said no comprende and hung up Silly me thought I had dialled wrong so called again same happened I tried the first ext a few more times no joy Reception at my hotel were fab theyou tried 3 times for me I gave up and called your UK numBerkshire and after a long wait got through the lady said she would try but she had no joy She said she would call me next day before 12 1230 I had to call you her colleague said she was on the phone and would call on 10 mins At 3 o'clock that day no return call I AGAIN called your call centre to speak to the manager air my disgust and get my money back It spoiled my mums 70th birthday celebration with all the stress and then no availability local to get the day we wanted I have been to loro parque before it's a fab day out sadly the experience received by your company was not the same”

“We have been to Loro Parque many times I have bought direct from park before but normally just buy from the holiday rep just for the safety that it's Thomson but this time we booked via attractiontix at it was cheaper and we got €30 to spend in the park we were over the moon that you could use them in the little shops on water, pop and crisps etc and there was no min spend The bus driver was great they didn't leave anyone, counted people to make sure everyone was on before leaving, (last year with Thomson at 4.30 they drove away without checking everyone was on the bus) Will be buying via website again as it was hassle free”
