“Because we prepaid for this I found the service not very good at all when our meal was brought to us my daughters chicken ceaser salad was brought without the chicken when asked for the server stopped off to get it then told us we were done and we could go there was also supposed to be a desert which we never got I personally would not eat there again”

“I bought the blue grass menu for the Hard Rock Cafe in Orlando as a treat for my husband's birthday. We all looked forward to the night but found it a complete disappointment. After being seated we ordered drinks however three out of four of our drinks were unavailable so without complaint we ordered alternatives. Our meals arrived yet my daughter had no fries so not wanting to make a fuss, I gave her some of mine. After our meal we we're given our bill. I told the waitress the meal included a desert (chef's choice) to which she replied, " I wondered why you were still sitting there!" She apologised and told us desert was usually Ben & Jerry's ice cream but she'd speak to her manager & get back to us. A few minutes later she returned with a cookie for each of us! We quickly left feeling totally ripped off & let down by our experience. Had we have ordered in the restaurant the meals we ordered from this menu, it would have been far cheaper. We ate out many times during our holiday and this was by far the worst experience and I for one will never go back!”

“I found this site whilst browsing the internet for offers at the Hard Rock Cafe. I found it easy to use even whilst on holiday in Orlando. I would recommend this site if you are looking for tickets for attractions or other deals. I bought a blue grass meal voucher for the Hard Rock Cafe in Orlando for £15 which gave you a choice of 5 meals, drink and a dessert, which was good value.”
