“We went in April with the 2 parks, 1 day ticket and were dissapointed that some rides were closed for refurbishment. Also there were not many staff on hand to asnwer questions for first timers such as how the fast pass works. We tried to use it at 12.00 to get tickets for rattatouie and the timed slots had already gone. The show was worth seeing, the parade was great and it was worth staying to the end for the fireworks really because the animations projected onto the castle were faboulous. Some rides are difficult to get the measure of as they are behind screens or in buildings. We really enjoyed the studio tour. We went to the village for a meal around 8.00 and had to queue a long time to get in there too. OVerall we had a great day though but don't expect to do it all!!”

“I bought the 3 day tickets for my family unfortunately didn't realise now the tickets are for consecutive days only which is too tiring to do Disney 3 days in a row so would not advise buying these at all!!! They need to be like before when you can use them any days during the week.”

“The park was severely understaffed. It took us about an hour and a half to get in. We needed to exchange the vouchers for tickets - there were only a few ticket offices open (Easter Tuesday!!!). We got in and was hungry and went to Victoria's Home Style Restaurant. Again understaffed. I had to go back to the counter and ask that a table be cleared & wiped for us. He went into the back and out appeared a very sullen lady. I think she thought we had asked her to wipe something off the bottom of our shoes, her attitude was that bad. Food was Ok but the prices..... We were dodging between sunshine & showers most of the day. when the sun was out it was quite warm. Time for an ice cream. We wandered around trying to find a seller but most of the stands were shut. When we did find one the queue was horrendous & slow. Service was poor and they faffed about a lot, but the prices...... Disneyland itself was pretty good spoilt by the weather. Queues for most things that were decent were 45 mins+. The less popular ones were OK but thats not why you go. We had a 2 day pass and things were no better on day 2 but at least we didnt have to queue to exchange the vouchers to get in.”
