“E-Tickets printed out does not work at the gate. We have to queue again first at the Window Counter and then a second time at the Customer Relations in order for us to be admitted into the parks with regular-issue tickets.”

“I bought 4 2 days eurodisney tickets for my family on 27th March was told over the phone that tickets could be sued over the 6 day period we were there - this was reiterated in the terms and conditions that accompanied the tickets. We travalled to paris on 31st entered the park no problems on the 1st April. When we returned to disney on 4th April we were told we could not enter as our tickets had expired - this caused alot of stress and frustration. Attrtactiontix are blaming Disney - not surprising Disney are blaming attractiontix. Either way the customer is caught in the middle with little in the way of an apology except a 25% refund as way of a 'goodwill' gesture.”
