“I bought tickets for my partner and four year old. Hardly any rides were open, nor the eateries. The food was ridiculously expensive and even though those who work there were pleasant enough, it didn't make up for the bad experience. Very disappointed and will NEVER be going again”

“Firstly, If you get Fast Pass you must be at the park before 12 noon to register...if not you can't use your Fast Pass. Secondly, we went at May half term and LOADS OD rides were closed. No advance warning of this....shameful.”

“I was away with my 2 grandchildren last week for a long awaited trip to Europe Disney so on Wednesday I purchased our tickets with fast pass .. on Friday I took 2 very excited little girls to live their dream ... what a complete waste of money ... 70% of the rides were closed for maintenance and those that were in use had all fast tracks closed... why were we not advised of this when we purchased the tickets 2 days earlier .. needless to say after 12 months of excitement our day was completely ruined”

“I have purchased for tickets for Disneyland Paris it was much cheaper to order on this website then buying it on the actual day I was really happy I got my tickets cheaper and with ease I got them straight away visa email without no hassle I will use this site again”

“A really magical place for children and adults. Lovely meeting the characters and they do make time for you (after in some cases waiting 90 minutes which is hard for a 4 year old!). Good photo opportunities with the characters so you can return home with lovely reminders. Easy to move between both parks.”

“Great day out (except for the constant rain!) bought tickets online and printed them out - really easy to use as they scan your print out to go straight in. Lots of ride closures this time (June) but offset by cheaper tickets.”
