“Unfortunately there was a problem converting our paper copy to the correct tickets however after speaking with Guest relations it was all sorted and the tickets worked fine.”

“Disney do it very well. Every detail thought through. We went on 10th July. There were loads of rides shut. When I asked a member of staff why she said it's because it's before July 25th. Nothing about that on the website.”

“I brought 2 Disneyland Paris tickets from attractiontix.com as the website says they include Fastpass, however when we got there we were told that these tickets cannot be used for Fastpass so we had no other choice but to stand in queues for hours for each ride. It is not worth buying from this site if you hate queues and want a guaranteed Fastpass service. I would advise you to buy them directly from Disneyland for this.”
