“Me and my family bought tickets for DLP (10 in total). Although they were a great price when we went to change them for our tickets we were told to go somewhere also (after queuing about 20 mins. We then walked to the help desk and we're there for about 30 minutes whilst they tried sorting it out for us. We were getting the Spanish inquisition- asking when we bought the vouchers ect, they made a few phone calls then we were finally given our tickets. With 4 children in the group and in 37 degree heat with no shade, they were understandably getting hot and bothered. We also got tickets for the open top bus tour in Paris which was also a nightmare as the bus driver said we needed to go to the station to sort the tickets out even tho it stated we could exchange them on the bus. Ok we thought until we realised it was about 50 minute drive!! The driver suggested we stay on the bus until then. We asked if we could get off at the Eiffel Tower and then sort them after that which he was ok. Then on our way back a different driver gave us our tickets!. A bit too late.. Good prices all in all but the hassle with children was just too much.”

“My time at Disneyland was a dream come true, the staff were amazing and I got to keep a promise to one of my nephews. His favourite character is Mater, so I found Mater and took plenty of photos with him. Sadly though there was one promise I didn't keep to all seven of my nephews. I promised them I would ask Elsa to marry me, but I just couldn't find her. So you can be sure I will be back for that magical photo to keep my promise to them. Thank you guys for a great day and keep up the great work”

“Just came back from Disneyland today. It all started really nice,but became a nightmare while waiting for voucher to be exchanged. We went there with our two daughters ( 8+4) and they couldnt wait. It took us about 30 mins to get to the ticket booth even coming just before 10am. I gave a lady our voucher hoping it will take just a moment. Wrong! She couldnt scan the code,again and again. After a while she said the voucher is not completed! Shocking. She called her supervisor,still didnt know what to do. Our children and I were getting stressed. After about 25 mins she gave us a tickets but said she will let us in but only as a flavour! Absolutely terrible. We were stressed from the beggining,waiting time for attraction was about 40 mins average,to see Mickey Mouse waiting time more than an hour! So be patient,prepare for long waiting if you wanna go. All i know that i will never go there again.”
