“Fair play, I feel like a right grumpy mare but I hated the whole experience. Neverending queues for short-lived and pretty lame rides, extortionate prices for everything (£40 for 2 hot dogs, some chicken nuggets, 2 chips and 2 drinks) and total sensory overload. No open spaces to allow the baby to crawl or get a break from the buggy. (Staff shooed people off the manicured grass.) I wasn't allowed entry to the one dedicated baby area with the buggy, and practically begging and pointing out that I couldn't carry the baby plus change bag plus my valuables (large camera and handbag with passports and purse etc) made no odds - deeply unhelpful staff. The change mats in only some loos were just a stainless steel shelf and no mats in the disabled loos so I had to queue up twice if I needed the loo myself as I wasn't going to abandon baby to its fate while I went in a normal cubicle. We did not find any of it 'magical' it has to be said. Just exhausting and a rip-off. Top tip: take a picnic or leave the parks to eat at the much cheaper off-site Village eateries, and focus on the shows rather than the rides. They were much more impressive. Also the fastpass is free to all visitors and is not a special perk of these tickets. We thought it was a chargeable extra (like Qbots at Legoland).”

“I don't shop online very often, however this was easy!! I printed off my attraction vouchers for Disneyland, scanned them at the kiosk on arrival to get the park tickets. There was no queue for this despite it being the summer holidays. Family were very happy!!! Brill :)”

“We bought our tickets about two weeks before our trip and saved about 50% on the gate price. Also saved us queuing in the morning to buy them which probably gave us an extra hour in the parks each day!”

“Hi, buying the tickets in advance avoided the queues when we arrived at Disneyland. The tickets worked no problem and we used them to move between the two parks without hassle. Disneyland itself... Our family tips: 1. Prioritise the rides in Disneyland and the shows in Disney Studios; 2. If the queues for some of the rides are +45mins (most of them were on our day there), come back mid-evening and you'll walk in almost straightaway. Some major attractions are closed at the moment (Aug'16) for major renovations. The Disneyland website will tell you that but, if you've never been before, you might not appreciate the relevance of this and that two of the four lands are significantly boarded-up. Last point - the food in Disney is shockingly bad (Disney - you should be ashamed to put your name to it) so take supplies or be prepared to eat bad and pay dear :)”

“we bought tickets for a family of four to visit Disney 2 weeks ago ... The whole experience was fuss free. We turned up with our printouts at disneys front desk (no queue!!) had them converted quickly into tickets and were in the park within 5 mins .... I would recommend this company and use them again.
