I also telephoned the firm for advise on the park and they where brilliant and informative. The lady on the customer service team was fantastic”

“We had good day but unfortunately we been able to use only 3 atractions. We spend hours and hours queuing. We bought tickets with fast track but nobody told us how it's work? All fast track entrances were closed, we Havana asked how we can you our fast track and the answer was you should pick up the fast track tickets before 10 am at ticket office, why you are not informing people, it will make day unforgettable and kids will be able to use more attractions.”

“Paper tickets were quick to scan and get real tickets. Small queues to get in, but long queues for rides. Food in the park was expensive. Great fun though, kids loved it.”
