“Bought tickets for Disneyland Paris - cheaper than anywhere else I could find and received an email ticket straight away. Just took this along when we went, scanned it at a machine outside and out popped our tickets. Couldn't have been more straightforward!”

“We had to convert Avios vouchers to tickets at Disneyland Paris which took 1 hour 30 mins. This was a chunk of time out of our day and we also stood in the reday hot heat, with our son in a wheelchair. The service was very slow. We also asked if we could get on the rides a little quicker due to our son and they said yes just go ahead. When we had walked all the way to a ride from the main entrance we were informed that we needed a special coloured pass so had to go to the enquiries building near the entrance. This again took time out of our day. Also the food is extremely expensive for the quality. My daughter wanted to see Belle, so we asked at the Disneyland site and we got informed that she wasn't there. Upon entering the Warner Bros site my husband noticed Belle was there. As we got into the building we enquired and all the booking slots were gone. We had a very disappointed little girl. But we couldn't do anything about it.”

“Bought tickets as a gift for my girlfriend. She never been to Disneyland. It was the 5th time for me. We both enjoyed the day a lot. But is was a hot and busy day in the park. So some attractions I haven't ride.”

“Simple exchange your print out , take it too the Disney kiosk and they simply give u your tickets. Make sure u take your passports with u to get your tickets as in front of us was a old gentleman with his looked like grandkids and he had to go get his passports from where he was staying and he said it was going to take him a 2 hr round trip , but it does say rem passports”

“Brought tickets for 1st family trip to disneyland, excellent fast service and quick and easy access at the park. The only let down we had was the fastpass tickets... absolutely pointless... used ticket at 11.30am for a ride to be given a time of fastpass use of 3.10-3.40pm which left us no time to use them on anything else and the othe park. A few families we spoke to, said they had the same experience. All in all excellent for the price you pay just avoid the fastpass.”
