“I bought tickets for myself and granddaughter the day before we left for Paris. I called the helpline and my queries were answered politely and efficiently. It was easy to purchase the tickets and they were a great price. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a good deal and also who give efficient service.”

“I printed my attractiontix at home, arrived to the park at opening time and presented to the crew member as I could not scan the barcode on my ticket! The crew member tried and no luck. He had to radio for a supervisor to assist. By this point we were holding up a long line. The supervisor typed the code on ticket and we were in! Unfortunately the tickets didn't work on any of the Disney fast pass machines. To get a fast pass you need to find a crew member and explain that the ticket won't scan. On every occasion they didn't believe us and would spend a further 5 minutes trying to get the barcode to scan. We even found another family from the UK with attractiontix having the same problems at the fastpass for Peter Pan ride! Just wanted to prewarn those purchasing on what to expect!”

“It was a last minute decision as we waited for the weather forecast. We bought it 2 nights before and had no time to print it when we reached Paris. It was easy using our mobile phone. They just scan the barcodes at the gate.”

“Tickets bought and voucher received. Had a small queue at Disney to exchange voucher for tickets but then had great 3 days - ride queues only around half an hour. Really enjoyed ourselves.”
