“I brought two park ticket, I thought both parks closed at 11, went over two the second park at 7.40 to be told it is closing at 8, I would of went in that park first if i was told.”

“We bought three day tickets from Attractiontix website for Disneyland Paris and had no problem with the process or exchanging the printed tickets for the tickets at the gates, you have to go to the cashier with your emailed tickets and they give you official tickets so you can use the scan system at the entrance. Unfortunately Disneyland Paris was a massive disappointment, our children (11 & 13) didn't want to go back for the third day, queue, queue, queue is the name of the game, hours and hours of standing in lines for a minutes ride. We paid extra for Fastpass tickets which are a joke. 6 hours wait for a ride using Fastpass, it was 80 minutes if using the normal queue. Notwithstanding the Fastpass being a joke the Fastpass system for most of the rides wasn't even operating. I got the impression when the park is busy they close the Fastpass system so people who dont have Fastpass can still get on the rides. Facilities were also a dissapoinment, the toilets smelled, the disabled toilets are terrible (we had a disabled person with us who was disgusted) the food is awful and we had a number of poor interactions with staff, one was actually shouting at customers who were trying to purchase food. There are not enough seating area's and people are constantly hunting for a place to rest so competition for a seat is fierce. The Studios park was terrible and looks and feels like it is stuck in the 1980's and is genuinely shabby. On top of the tickets it costs €25 per day parking Take plenty of money, it is ferociously expensive to buy anything in the parks !”

“I bought my tickets the day before I went and the price was still competitive. Easy to use, I just had to scan the qr code. Disneyland itself is magical even for the adults. Coming from the Uk I can say the rides are not adrenaline rides but they are suitable for the location. The light show at the end is worth waiting for. The only negative is that as soon as it finishes you have to rush for the last train or else you will be stranded. Even though all the restaurants are still open”

“I bought a day ticket for a family of five and we only had one ride. My children were so disappointed because even though we were there early 1pm we were told they couldn't take pictures with Mikey. We were exhausted standing in queues to no avail. It wasn't good value for the money paid. Proper rip off”

“Purchased 5- 2 day/2 park tickets and the process was so easy! Received my confirmation email instantly containing the tickets and extra discount vouchers. Simply print them off and take them to the kiosk once at Disneyland, showed all passports for the tickets and they were exchanged with complete ease for the gate scannable tickets meaning we could come and go as many times as we liked throughout the 2 days! Incredible value for money! My only regret is not buying extra day passes. 100% will use again for our next Disneyland trip, thankyou attractiontix!”
