Bought 6 tickets for my family for 2 parks. The tickets were very easy to use you just go up to the self service counter show your bar code it reads it and then prints out your tickets and off we went to disneyland. Very straightforward

I bought our tickets in advance to save queuing and would recommend doing this as the queues at 10am were horrendous at the ticket office. Unfortunately the barcode would not scan at the automatic booth. Then sent to a kiosk where a man said we were in the wrong place, there were 4 tickets purchased but one of the party was poorly so only 3 present. The man said he therefore could not give our tickets and sent us to get them reprinted. There was almost no mobile signal in the office we were sent to, I struggled to find the email and we had to reprint the tickets. went back to first auto booth and all 4 tickets were dispensed from scanning only 1 voucher. Attractiontix needs to warn people that printing needs to be clear and high quality and potentially all ticket holders need to be there in person. This whole episode took nearly 2 hours - it would have been quicker to queue. Disneyland Paris itself was OK - small in comparison to Orlando, just not the same feeling about the place. On the second day a number of rides broke down leaving very long queues when reopening RC Racer - the kids had queued for 1 hour when it broke down Big Thunder Mountain Pirates of the Caribbean and the busses on the backlot tour malfunctioned, again whilst we were in the queue causing further delays. Poor communication and not much else for folk to do so other queues were large. Why renovate one of its premier attractions in the summer holidays (phantom manor - my son was gutted) Take your own food and (non-alcoholic) drinks - the shop at the station is much cheaper just outside

a bit let down with the fast track tickets, most of the ticket machines at the rides for fast track was closed by midday, and we was told it was because the fast track tickets was released to people in the morning who didnt even hold the fast track passes which we paid xtra for the privilege. my children and i was very disappointed with this ,wouldn't doit next time

Staying about a mile from Disneyland, there was a free shuttle to the Park.Due to the young age of our grandchildren ,we stayed largely in Adventureland, Fantasyland and Discoveryland. The Fast Pass enabled us to skip the queues for a few rides but not as many as we would have liked. We did Pirates of the Caribbean and Buzz Lightyear twice. We saw two shows, the Parade and the Laser Show.Food is expensive so we took our own lunch and were not challenged.e wnt out of the Park to Planet Hollywood for dinner. Everyone really enjoyed their day but needed the next day to recover.

Bought tickets online and avoided queues at gate. My granddaughter has a wonderful time and wants to go back again next year. More manageable for younger children than Disney Florida although next time we will take 3 days between the parks as queues are long at peak times.

We had a great time in our group of 5 on a two day pass at Disney Paris. The only downside was that the self scan ticket machines would not recognise our bar codes for tickets and must others from the uk were experiencing the same problem. Non uk scanners seemed to be working fine. For us this caused a long wait in queues and a Disney lady had to process each one at a ticket booth taking about 3 - 4 minutes for each one!
