“After we receive our tickets from an amazing lady who sorted them for us we went on our way to Disneyland , miles and miles of driving , we arrived ,collected our tickets from customer services made sure we didn't t need to have one for our under three year old . Assured we didn't . We had a few hours in Disneyland which was lovely but when we tried to go into the studio part we were not allowed , because we didn't have s ticket for our under three . Spent so much time sorting this out we spent all of an hour in the studio part ,very cross . To top it all the gifts we brought for the girls were faulty . Tried to complain but Disney not even acknowledged So yes very cross . Debby”
