“All extras sold with these tickets are falsely advertised! We tried to use the fast track service several times, Disneyland staff were very rude on these rides and told us numerous times we were certainly not entitled to fast track. We tried to discuss this several times with customer service staff walking round the park, all of whom sent us in various different directions to always be told we were incorrect. We also had the printouts emailed in order to print our tickets at the park but we were told the information on the print outs were incorrect. Fast track is a fantastic bonus and we would have paid extra is needed to but we were assured that fast track on certain rides were included, very upsetting and disappointed.”

“Got my e tickets right away after paying,printed them out,it was no problem,we even got a little pack with bits of Disney stuff sent out to us which was a nice touch the kids were very happy,would highly recommend and have done to my friend who goes in January.”
