“I purchased the tickets for 3 adults and 2 children. The transaction was quick and simple. The email confirmation came through within 5 minutes and included easy to follow instructions to print off the ticket voucher at home. The only point I could make was that having never visited disneyland paris before, there wasn't clearer instructions on how and where to collect the tickets from once u get there. For this we had to go through the security check point at the entrance then walk 5 minutes to the entrance to the studios to see a few ticket kiosks to the right of the turnstiles. It is not signposted very well, we just found it by chance. With having smaller children we didn't use the fast track park of the ticket, so couldn't comment on the easy of use. Also the park offered a parent swop for queuing, which allowed one parent to go on a ride and the other to jump the queue afterward to save on having to queue a second time. We thought this was a brilliant idea, however we could not figure out how to do this and when we asked a few members of staff on the rides, they too could not assist us. All in all a brilliant ticket service. Would definitely use again and recommend highly. As for disneyland itself. I maybe would not bother with the studio's again and just spend the day in disneyland itself as there is so much to do in there. But if your going for the characters then head to the studios as they were all there.”

“I bought the tickets online for me, my partner and my youngest daughter. I must admit I was cautious when I approached the Disney ticket office - there had to be a catch! Nope - it was all good three tickets at a great reduction all with FastPass for the rides! Excellent stuff. Really, really good and will definitely use them again.”
