“First time I have bought tickets separately but had no problems at all.ordered them and received an email to say would get the e-ticket sent to me within 48 hours however I didn't actually receive it so I emailed them but got a response straight away and I just printed my e-ticket and presented it at one of the ticket desks at the entrance to the park.they gave us our tickets to enter.”
