“So inconsiderate and the women Fiona was extremely rude, ruined our holiday and changed our time because they were so late in getting confirmation leaving us to waste so much money on taxi and wasted so much time we didn’t get to enjoy all our time at the lagoon”

“We bought tickets for a specific time only to receive a call whilst in Iceland that our time had been pushed back to 8pm. Fiona, the lady that booked this was very rude and unhelpful. Then, she lied and told us the last shuttle was 11:15 when in fact it was 10:15 leaving us stranded there only to get a taxi trip that cost 300£.”
